Once we verify your payment, we will deliver your digital product within 2 to 48 hours, depending on the product.
Yes, each product has its own expiry time. You must activate the key within the specified time. If you fail to do so, the key will expire, and we are not responsible for any expired products.
We offer a 1-year warranty on all products, which covers replacement or customer support if the product does not work after we verify the issue at the customer’s end.
Once the payment is received and the order is processed, cancellations are not allowed. Please ensure you are placing the correct order.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the product has been delivered.
If you accidentally place the wrong order, you can contact us via email or WhatsApp within 1 hour of placing the order. We will provide a full refund before we submit the order for delivery.
We do not offer refunds once the digital product has been delivered. Please make sure you review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
If your product does not work after activation and troubleshooting on your end, our 1-year warranty ensures product replacement or customer support. Please contact us with the issue.
